talked to one of my therapists tonight, a new one. nice to be on the other side of the couch for a change.
he said "shit or get off the pot!"
i said "but i'm constipated..."
having a fun week, down to 5 cigs a day, it's not bad at all.
lots of interesting little things going on. will report back soon.
