prezzies!
8:00 p.m.

damn. i walked 50 miles this week. i'm tired but i feel good at the same time.

walked after work tonight. it was light when i started at 5pm, but was getting dark as i made my way back to the car at work. something was odd...it took me a few minutes to realize that the power was out. no one had any lights on. a few street lamps here and there, and traffic lghts were on when i got back to the store. they closed early, not much else to do here. didn't lose power here, though.

got tony's package today! a nice card and a note, an arrowhead, some AMAZING essensia belgian chocolate chunk cookies (the cat had a taste) TWO bears (a koala from his trip down under, and one that he won at the county fair last week, hehe!) oh, and a "horny lil' devil" metal bear figure sporting a boner in his devil suit! so, ok, THREE bears...some creme savers candy, an origami crane, a pair of headphones he wasn't using, a scan of some art he did, a photo he took...wow, quite a haul!

oh, and he sent me two t shirts, which smell really good, i think maybe he spritzed 'em with his dolce and gabanna.

see, i sent him some t shirts too, so, uhh, now we're wearing each other's clothes, how funny is that?

he really loved HIS package last week. oh, maybe later i'll tell you what all i sent him.

look, i'm still being realistic. it's an "online relationship". we're not in love, he's not moving in, etc, etc...a meeting down the line somewhere? hell, why not? we've really had some amazing chats the last few weeks. a text message can make my day. the attention is very nice, and very mutual, too. the age diff and distance stopped being a factor a long time ago. right now, it is what it is. if it makes some people uncomfortable...i can't help that. i'm not embarrased. he's young, but an adult. if i dare go on about "oh, but he's very mature, he's so responsible.." well, it's just gonna sound like lip service, so i won't do that.

80 days without a break, that's a lot of talk, you know? think about that.

omg, i almost forgot! tony also sent me the front runner, which i've always wanted to read. how that never made it's way into my queer lit stack i have no idea..."with 10 million copies in 8 languages, the front runner is the most celebrated gay love story of all time."

good call, kid :)

i REALLY don't have a map this time.

in other news...taking lots of pics with the new casio. i should be posting some moody, shadowy things in the flickr diary sometime soon. thanks for all the encouragement, kevin.

made some short videos, too. i need to ask phu how i can post one here, that would be a riot!

oh, and hey...if you reinstall yahoo sometime, check ALL your settings, ok? 'nuff said.

HELLO, KIWI :)

lots of other little things going on the last few weeks, i'll try to get to all that next time.

LIFE IS GOOD.

tonight some kids saw me zigzagging around the blocks on my walk. one of 'em yelled across the street "hey, are you lost?"

that was damn funny!

ok, back soon. have a great weekend, y'all :)
