ok, since i got GAY-BASHED on my comments page yesterday, let's have a gay 'ol time tonight, shall we? (oh, and thanks to whoever commented on the comment, that was cool. but THAT was the response to my yes album memories? "you're fucking gay" ?)
interesting developments at work...a lady i really love is coming back to work at the store...we kind of came out to each other last year just as she was leaving to transfer to a store closer to her home. but in three weeks she'll be back! i NEED some family around, ya know?
and...
there's this kid...a few years ago when he was in high school i used to see him in the store once in a while...i saw his picture in the paper cuz he was an honor student...he helped form the first gay-straight alliance at the high school...saw him on tv at the gay pride thingy performing in an anti-homophobia skit...
he went to berkeley for a few years, and did a year at a university in england.
well, last week he was in the store dropping off an application! i told the boss i thought he was a good kid. his resume was pretty good (at work, some of us senior employees get to help select job applicants), he's always had great grades, and he's had experience in lots of different areas.
it's funny, i kinda know a lot about him...he looks a bit like david schwimmer with a beatle haircut...that kind of basset hound look.
well, when i got back to work on saturday, i see his name on next week's schedule...ha! he's gonna work with us in the department. debbie's training him tomorrow. this is gonna be interesting.
it's always weird at first when someone new is plopped into the work situation, but after a few weeks, you get to know people. i hope we hit it off, he seems pretty cool. he's taking a year off from school. he was taking sociology...i can dig THAT! my whole job is like one big sociology project.
plus, i don't think anyone's gonna read him anyway...they're gonna think he's just weird before they think gay. but i don't know if he's the type to go around telling everyone, i kinda doubt it...
so yeah, work is gonna be...interesting. i said that already, didn't i?
and speaking of gay...i saw shawn (or sean) today, that beautiful black boy from the record store...girlfriend, did i get an earful! here's what he's been up to: cheated on his boyfriend, got in a big fight with him, the cops came, sean went to jail for 42 days for domestic abuse. lost BOTH of his jobs at the mall. he's got a fair amount of money saved up. but the ex took some money out of one his bank accounts.
all this info, and i really don't even KNOW the guy! the funny thing is, he wasn't embarrassed, or mad, he was just telling me what he'd been up to! he's gonna bring his new love by the store...oh boy!
sean could be a model, he's really stunning. or he should at least be doing porn!
and speaking of porn...now that i know how to do screen captures, i've saves a few interesting pictures from anywebcam...oh, NOT just porn...i've seen some people fast asleep! and last night i saw a guy either asleep or passed out, on his bed, naked, with one hand on his dick and the other hand holding a bottle of jack daniels! i wish i could post that here...

hmm, that STILL looks sexual, but really, the dude was OUT! i only watched long enough to make sure he was still breathing.
i'm thinking of doing a series of pictures of people just staring into their cams...it's, uh, interesting. EVERYTHING is interesting today, i guess.
