hey, y'all...
just taking it easy here.
been working on a few projects. editing some photos and also i've been going through all my old entries, as i have this fantasy about a book of excerpts from the first 5 years...wow, yeah it will be 5 years here next month.
right now i'm just copying all the stuff that catches my eye, then when that is done i'll start chopping away. i want it to be more conversational than about personal stuff, uhhh, that's the hard part, what to leave in, what to take out. but it's real interesting to go back and re-read stuff.
i mean, i could self publish a book or something, or send it around, i know of lots of small presses now thanks to dennis cooper, and i could probably get him to write some sort of foward or something.
but right now its more of an exercise than anything else. editing will help develop a tone, i guess. we shall see.
as usual, i always work ass-backwards, and have had the cover done for a few weeks, or at least a pretty good mock-up. but you can't see that yet!
my work week is done.
i am staying out of gay.com for a while, maybe till june. oh, i have some good buds there, sure, but...it's always the same people, the same chit-chat or pointless sexual inunendo, or the long silences, or idiots and sluts. i'm just burned out on it and need a break. there's other stuff i need to do right now. may is gonna be a healty-eating, lots of walking month.
maybe my mood is refelcted in this little movie i made the other night...or maybe i just liked the clouds, i dunno...
anyhoo, i'll be back in a bit.
