ok, i got my mailorder 11x14 enlargements back yesterday...4 out of 7 i'm really happy with.
this one i cropped down into an 8x10 mat and framed here:
these i'm keeping at 11x14 and will take down to ea&f to get framed:
the one of the little girl really turned out sharp, i think that one i'll submit for the museum show in december.
the resolution was a bit pixle-y on the pics i didn't like, but i could have increased the pixels per inch, i'm still kinda learning about that. but the pics you see here, the contrast, color, etc, was pretty much what i see on my screen here, so...i dunno, so much for calibrated screens...i'll certainly order from shutterfly again, they only took a week to get here.
rented a dvd of the first season of 30rock, as i've never seen it. pretty funny stuff, i love tina fey.
had a nice evening wednesday night with the boy. made dinner and then we watched the first episode of project runway...we were laughing and havin' a good old time. he tends to be on the serious side, so that was fun. he's going to L.A. for the holiday so i'm gonna work thursday. i miss not having judi next door to bring me a thanksgiving plate :(
but yeah, runway....love that show.
have you seen "america's most smartest model" on vh1? hot sexy DUMB guys and girls...i took some pics of that show off the tv screen, capturing some sad looks on their faces...might turn into a new series of pics.
