It's brilliant that you got a picture into the show! Fingers crossed about winning something. I know what you mean about being sick of looking at something you've produced even if you're proud of it. I used to write alot (just for my own amusement)and work and re-work something until I was both pleased with it and hated it. It was only when I went back to it weeks or months later that I could tell if it was good or not. xx

Sounds like a great day. My mom used to have her yarn shop in the building where the Blacksmith Shop is. My CD display is still up? Was Dan there? (40-something guy, long hair in a ponytail). Hope someone buys your picture. Good for you for joining the Arts Council.

The date sounds really great - I'm happy for you! And I agree that you two look good together. P.S. That highway shot - California? It looks rather Virginia-like.

AAARGH! Look out, you're driving on the wrong side of the road!!! Oh, yeah, phew, that's right, you're not driving through Tongiriro National Park in NZ. I'm glad your day went well, and your pics look great on that wall :o)

Now I have to make a new shopping list. Bread, milk, Ferndale blacksmith, whipped cream. The whipped cream is for the blacksmith. The bread and milk are so he can make me breakfast in the morning. Glad your date went well. Does this mean no more John in Hayward pictures? :0(
