weekend report

went to arts alive last night with dylan. saw some cool stuff. there's a video on youtube of excerpts of our evening. you know where to find it...username:mkaro...
ran into the tall boy from arcata last night, so that was cool to finally meet him in the flesh...he didn't seem 6-4 but he was probably stooping down to talk to me!
we went to a late dinner at stanton's. i had steak and eggs. here's d. working on a sudoku while our food was cooking:
sudoku? soduku? i can never remember.
there were cops outside for a few minutes:
but we never found out why.
he came over this afternoon...brought ANOTHER dinner from hunan's...the tofu in mushroom sauce was very tasty. and he made me ANOTHER vietnamese dessert! grass jelly (kinda like jellied cranberry, but it's black), attap fruit, which are these clear little grape-sized thingies...and more jackfruit. very different, but tasty!
we did a little yoga. i got an intense back massage with my organic honey lotion. watched the finale of shear genius and some of slums of beverly hills...got distracted. had some fun.
oh, and he played a little trick on me last night. right about the time i was expecting him, he called and said he couldn't make it...that he had a date...was i ok with that? i was like, ummm, well, i...guess....then he said open your door and of course, there he was, haha!
i dunno...i'm having fun. no expectations. i'm not in love or anything.
in other news:
caught up with rob, had a long phone call the other night. always fun. k maria found me on myspace, yay! heard from steve finally. he's swamped with his intense sociology class and has another child to watch right now...was great to get a good sized email from him. miss him a lot, but i ain't gonna nag. we'll see what happens this summer i guess.
ok, almost time for bed. back to work tomorrow.
