mmmmmm, soup!

dylan turned out to be a pretty good cook!
it was noodles with tofu, salmon, shrimp, mussels, tomatoes and more in a tangy broth (mmm, lemongrass!)
the cat was fascinated with dylan cooking, he sat on the kitchen table and watched his every move. and he got some salmon, too!
so, let's see, that's 3 guys who have cooked for me:
ok, jason is just dishing out ice cream there, but he DID make me a tuna and rice dinner at his house once.
we watched election and party monster... had another fun evening :)
and i've got leftover soup for the next few days!

had a weird dream this morning: i was in ferndale with sheila and we ran into macka in some shop...we talked for a minute and then we had to go. said hey, we should get together, shook hands. macka had small hands (they were dylan's hands, i guess!) then sheila and i were walking and i told her macka was from australia, and she was all like "uh-huh, whatever.." and i explained that he was over here for work...so maybe that means he might get to cali someday after all???
good, he can cook me dinner, haha!
ok, got the day off today. and i'm off friday for maggie's graduation, so it's a 3-day work week for daddy, yay!
