ok, just got my new tires, yay! there a bit wider than the old ones, and man, the steering feel so much better...smooth, like power steering.
only took like 20 minutes. i sat in the waiting room and watched a project runway rerun...fag!
got my pics back from the framers. this one turned out really nice, but her face is a bit dark...
the one with the chopsticks is really growing on me...here's the original before i cropped it...
and of course you saw the final edit...
dylan and i sat on the couch and looked at it for a while the other night..i like it because it's funny, the center of the pic is kinda empty of detail...but i like all those angles...the window, the seat, and i think that red really POPS out at you.
dylan pointed out that everything is half...half the window, the glass and bowl..i like that there's all those right angles and then the repetition of the rounded shapes at the bottom.
so, yeah, since i can only enter one pic, i'm pretty sure that's the one. it's different, for sure.
ok, that's it for the art criticism.
i'm watching episodes of "big love", i'm really loving it. the one where the son was getting boners in shop class, and then he was in the car with his buddies and the driver was steering with his dick, omg that was funny!
and i like how the 3 wives are all so different. good show!
woke up to a message rob from jersey left me this morning, he said he might be flying to SF today, left me his number to call him tonight. hmmmm, that would be cool to see him again. i wonder if he forgot that i'm 5 hrs away from the city...he used to think i was really close.
