dinner and a song
3:54 p.m.
last night i cooked a fun dinner...i sliced the tofu dylan brought back from L.A. (he said it was still warm when he bought it..i can imagine little old VN ladies in the back room preparing it) and cooked the slices in the lemongrass infused olive oil i made. topped that with some not-too spicy tikka masala sauce...very tomato-y. and i cooked some broccoli slaw and 4 kinds of mushrooms in the oil,and added some peanuts and honey-mustard dressing..it was all yum.
it's fairly warm here, and yesterday was kind of weird, the light was golden from the smoke residue from the fires i guess.
here's a new song...kinda a hyper almost bluegrass thing, with some soul organ...it's only a minute long, i mean, who's got time? hahaha!
