a wonderful day with a new friend...

wow, what a great day i had in trinidad! j. is a really cool guy...i was up there 10 hrs! he liked the curtains, i think they'll work out. saw a lot of his photos, great stuff. his place is really something, i wish my house was that uncluttered...i'm inspired now to get some major straightening done.
here we are hanging out at the top of the bluff by the lighthouse memorial...

then we walked down to the seascape for a late lunch...

resting after going through some excellent art books...
god, we talked and talked and talked...walked back to the top of the bluff and talked some more, it was cool watching everything get dark and fade from view.
looks like i'm gonna go backpacking in the trinity alps...
anyhoo, it's late, i'm exausted...it's SO great to meet someone with depth, the boy's got a lot going on...
