saturday: helped rob with garage sale.
interesting people stop by garage sales. i went walking for a bit and found another sale down the street. got 2 cd's, the left banke complete recordings, and jackie deshannon, both great 60's pop stuff.
took some shadow pics at robs.
rob made about 70 bucks. he gave me some torrentbit cd's he made, stones and csny. and a book full of bloopers and stuff from the original star trek series, funny stuff.
went back that night for a few more episodes of undeclared.
sunday: went back to rob's to finish up the last undeclared dvd. what a great show!
monday: hmmm...worked. that's about it, i guess.
tuesday: work, etc. chatted with alfredo in mexico. he calls me "belly bear"! stayed up till 2am to see my guest entry at cooper's blog come up. the uh...sagger boys video exibit. he's in paris so that's morning for him. it turned out good. dc emailed me that afternoon:

sent a "hi" to a cute japanese guy in mckinleyville, saw his profile on yahoo personals.
today: got to arcata at 11am. met doug and griselda at the plaza. we drove an hour north to the mouth of the klamath river. doug heard there were whales around. got up there, we were up on a high cliff, it's beautiful up there. saw some whale spouts and a caught a few glimpses of the whales too. took a half mile trail down to a nice viewing area. i took pics with doug's camera cuz i forgot mine! me! mr. i-always-have-my-camera-with-me! coming back up was steep!
they took me back to arcata and i headed home. sheila came by at 5:30. she met the cat. showed her morrissey and iggy on youtube. then we headed up to the casino in trinidad. met up with d and g and went in. had a nice view, but i would have preferred the other side where you can see trinidad head better. mmmmm, i had filet mignon wrapped with bacon. and the mashed potatoes were great. had a beet salad with goat cheese that i shared. oh, and great clam chowder too! two o'doul's. no dessert. doug paid for dinner, that stud!
went into the casino, we all played a little. i dropped 7 bucks. some of those machines i just don't understand. gambling just isn't my thing. got home by 10 i guess.
was so great to catch up with doug and griselda, they are so cute together! they are heading up to oregon to see his brother tomorrow.
i love my friends!
ok, that's all for now. one more day of work, then my usual 3 day weekend. helping rob with another sale saturday.
