post-birthday

ok, gotta be quick here, lunch is almost over!
so yeah, last friday was my birthday. got an email from borders for 25%off.
sheila stopped by with her mom and maggie, gave me a yummy grilled tempeh sammich, an elvis tart (banana and chocolate) and a huge bar of green tea soap!
i opened her card after they left, and there was a 25 dollar card from borders!
(oh, how funny! sheila just called to say hi!)
went down there and bought a bunch of magazines and got the freaks and geeks box set.
dylan made a great soup for dinner...the broth had lots of lemongrass in it. there was tuna, salmon, shrimp, clams, mussels, tofu, tomatoes and greens in it. we had some the next night too.
no sign of oliver. but there's a new cat in the hood! more on that next time.
