ok, i got so caught up in all the excitement last night (see previous entry) that i didn't think things through. the 1000th visitor was someone who has me on their buddy list...i was just considering MY buddy list. it wasn't hank or clare, so i've emailed eddiemonsoon (who's in transit between new hampshire and maine), shirleyb (have no idea where she lives), neurotic one (i know she's in the eastern time zone), and mooreboy (ohio). won't somebody come foward and claim their faaaabulous prize? the visitor's computer was connected to the ameritech domain. the visit started at 10:50pm eastern time (their time zone) and lasted 35 minutes. they viewed 8 pages. sound familiar? well, i'm on lunch, so maybe when i get home we'll have a winner...later, kids.

yeah, it's gotta be mooreboy...i've been looking at some maps of ohio, and last night the arin page listed school distrcts, and i see several towns on the maps that i saw listed...mooreboy goes to kent state...it's gotta be him...i left him two emails...oh, this is sooo silly, but i'm having a ball playing detective.
oh, and here's something tasty from today's s.f. chronicle...
