oh boy, things can get interesting in a split second!
i did my 10 miles today, came home, and sent an email to rob to see if he wanted to go downtown to see arts alive, and check out all the new gallery shows...
while waiting to hear from him, i went and trimmed my hair a bit...i use my beard trimmer, haha! i was making the sides real short, got the goatee down to almost nothing, and left some sideburns...so far, so hip.
then i took the guard off to trim my neck nice and close...then i started working on the sides again, but i forgot to put the guard back on...

oooh, a nice big bald patch, right above my ear! haha! hmm, what to do? if i shaved the rest to match, it would be REALLY short...if i had wanted that, i would have done it last week when my vacation started, so i'd have several days for it to grow in...
fuck it! i decided to clean up the patch a bit, and do the same on the other side...i'm gonna be hanging out with ARTISTIC types tonight, baby!
so here's what i ended up with...
plus, i found a cool shirt i bought last year at work...it's kinda retro-looking, black with white diamond shapes down the side...and it fits a lot better than it did when i bought it, so THAT'S always a morale booster.
rob called and said he'd go...i said "haha, i dunno if you're gonna want to be seen with me tonight!"
he said "why, are you feeling particularly faggy today?"
i think i'm gonna have some fun tonight...
